(this is tentative/flexible)

I. Starting From the Point of a New Believer

1. New Believer should already be involved in or is just starting to be involved in a LIFE Group
2. LIFE Group Leader and/or Apprentice will go over Discipleship Steps with New Believer
3. New Believer is sponsored by an Older Christian (Sponsor) in the Faith in the LIFE Group to help New Believer to grow in his/her New Found Faith.
4. The Sponsor will help New Believer through the One to One Discipleship.
5. New Believer is growing in the context of LIFE Group Life.
6. Then he/she will sponsor a New Believer in his/her New Found Faith, and so on and so on. . . IN A Chain of Love . . .
7. We must make sure that the New Believer is involved in growing in a LIFE Group and is faithfully consistent in attending and participating in our Public Worship Celebrations... and is doing numbers 1 through 6 above.
    

II. Equipping and Training for Evangelism and Further Ministry

A) An Outreach Event through a Common Cell Group Activity such as a :

• Picnic
• Retreat
• Dinner Night
• Game Night
   

B) Outreach through Visitation Team
     (One to One Outreach - Training sponsored by an Equipper)

• Follow-up of those who have filled out a Follow-up Card at a Celebration Service
• Follow-up of those who have indicated more information from the Door-to-Door Surveying, Mailers, or Fliers
• Follow-up of any others that would like a Visit
   

C) Outreach through Share Cell Group (a flexible ministry idea)

This is typically sponsored by a LIFE Group. It is typically a small group of 3 to 5 at most. It involves One on One & Small Group Activities & Personal Reading/Homework & Training Activities. Outreach Training & Studying More Than a Carpenter & Other Evidence and Evangelism Training Material, as well as that which Shows Evolution is a Hoax, and Counter Cult and Occult Evangelism Material. This is an on-going study and learning activity Learning and Doing in Reaching-out. Reaching out to Hard Core Non-Believers through various relevant activities. These are those people who would probably not attend a small group or a large group Church Related Meeting or Activity but may be open to hear the Evidences and Reasons for Faith in Christ. This group will be learning as they are doing using the literature noted above. They will meet with their LIFE Group and with this Outreach Group, as well.

D) Various Elective Classes on the Bible, Theology, Christian History, and Evidences for the Faith, etc. ... offerred through this ministry.
 

E) Leadership Training :

• Becoming an apprentice to the LIFE Group Leader in your LIFE Group
• Learning to equip others through the One-to-One Discipleship
• Learning to be a LIFE Group Leader Coach apprentice and then LIFE Group Leader Coach
• Celebration Worship Team Involvement and Leadership
• Other Leadership Training for Body Ministry Growth
• Pastoral Leadership Training
• Team Church Planting and Team Missionary Training
