I. WHO WE ARE

NEW LIFE Fellowship.

We are Home Fellowship Cell Group-oriented (i.e.: LIFE Group oriented), Discipleship focused, biblically-based, Family-Integrated, Christ-Centered local church family. We are non-denominational and we are seeking God to put together a CHURCH PLANTING TEAM for PLANTING THIS CHURCH.  Everything in this site is about what we would like to see happen, since this is a Church Planting Venture.

Our Definition of a Church is : Biblically , a Church is a group of disciples of Jesus Christ who have been KNITTED together from the heart to Worship and Serve God, together. Biblically, IT IS NOT a nonprofit corporation, a charitable religious tax-exempt organization that is a Church. A Church is not a place either, biblically. It is PEOPLE (disciples of Jesus Christ) who have found that following God together in building each other up in their most Holy FAITH AND SPREADING that FAITH is the most important thing in Life.

II. THE CONCEPT

We Focus on BEING a Local Church Family, according to God's Holy Word.

We Focus on BEING a simple, biblically-based & biblically-structured, independent & autonomous local church family.

We Focus on meeting Publically, for our Worship Celebrations, and gathering from House to House, in our LIFE Groups, consistently.

We Focus on LIFE Group involvement as being a central part of our obedience to Jesus,
of being involved with One-To-One Discipleship, and involved with effective and fruitful evangelistic outreach.

We have a tremendous focus on LIFE Group involvement. Being a part of accountable and edifying relationships is very Biblical and very needful in a Christian's life. We make this an extremely important focus in this Ministry.

Part of the involvement in the LIFE Group is our One to One Discipleship Ministry. This is where someone Older in the Faith takes a newer Christian through the Foundational Basics of the Christian Life.

We use some very good Discipleship materials. This will help the newer Christian understand the Foundational Basics of Christianity (i.e. their new life in Christ).

This is a transferable ministry : a person who has gone through the course can then turn around and take another new Believer through it, and so on, and so on . . . .ad infinitum.

The Networks of Home Fellowships work together to develop "Reproducing Disciples" who make disciples, and so on, and so on.......

As each LIFE Group grows to 14 or so people, they will go through "Cell Multiplication" just like a living cell does, and two LIFE Groups are formed. Thus, these LIFE Groups grow and multiply. God uses this process to raise up, train, and equip leaders and apprentices to handle the Leadership responsibilities over these Home Fellowships and in "the Body at Large".

Our Focus of Outreach is on the unchurched non-Christian. We are not into "Sheep Stealing". We are looking to bring people out of The Darkness into The Light. We use various things to accomplish this, such as : Friendship Evangelism in the Neighborhood and at work, Game Nights, Picnics, Door-to-Door Surveying, Advertisement Fliers, and the like. Through all of this we believe that Prayer, and tons of it, on behalf of this ministry is the real key to any success we may have in our outreach and disciple making. We rely upon God to guide us and to empower us.

III. OUR PURPOSE AND VISION

General Purpose :

To Make, Grow, and Multiply Reproducing-Disciples of Jesus who Make, Grow, and Multiply Reproducing-Disciples of Jesus... and so on... until Jesus returns...  (see Matt. 28:18-20; Acts 1:8)

Our Specific Purpose :

Worship, Adore, Praise, & Exalt the One, Triune, True, and Living God.

Equip His People for a life of Serving and Loving Him.

Building up One Another in the Body of Christ in the context of LIFE Groups and in One on One Mentoring/Discipling.

Spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ effectively and fruitfully.

Our Vision is :

We want to build NETWORKS of God's Love & Truth all over this Church Planting Area by helping people to get to know God through Jesus Christ in and through the LIFE Groups, One-To-One Discipleship, and Public Worship Celebration contexts.
